Which? Power of Attorney links
Some power of attorney guides link to the paid Which? service from Which? Ltd. It offers guided document preparation, access to specialists and a specialist review. You still print, sign and submit the documents. The official registration fee is separate.

What should you check before paying?
- Does the service fit your needs and the right UK nation?
- Who checks the document, and what does that check cover?
- What support is included?
- What is the full cost, including any extra fees?
- Do updates or storage renew each year?
- How do you cancel, request a refund or make a complaint?
