The provider is externalThe provider sets its own service, price, terms and eligibility.
The link is labelledWe identify a commercial link before you leave Here4Wills.
Information comes firstA commercial relationship does not change when we recommend considering personal legal advice.

What happens if you use an affiliate link?

If you follow a labelled affiliate link and later buy from the external provider, LATITUDE60 LTD may receive a commission. The provider, not Here4Wills, supplies the service and sets the current price and terms.

Which? Power of Attorney links

Some LPA guides link to the paid Which? Power of Attorney service. It offers guided document preparation, access to specialists and a specialist review. Customers still print, sign and submit the documents, and official registration fees are separate from the service price.

How does this affect the guides?

The purpose of the guides is to help you understand your options before choosing a route. Commission does not buy a favourable description or remove advice to pause when an online service may not suit the circumstances.

What should you check before buying?

  • The provider's current price and what it includes
  • What checking or human support is included
  • How the final document is delivered and signed
  • The cancellation and refund terms
  • How to contact the provider about an order
