Who is responsible for your data?

LATITUDE60 LTD runs Here4Wills. It is the organisation responsible for personal data used by this website.

Company number: 14841042. Registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

For a privacy question or request, email hello@here4wills.uk. Tell us enough to identify the issue. Do not send passwords or payment details.

What information do we use?

  • Website reports: your email, message, report type, and any name or page address you choose to give.
  • Visit and security data: technical details such as your IP address, browser, pages visited, referring page and time of a request.
  • Paid-link data: a click reference and details about the outbound link and referring page.
  • Browser storage: cookies and similar items described in our cookie policy.

Do not send us a will or private family, health or finance details. Our planning checklists are for your own use. They are not forms for sending us your plans.

Why do we use it?

We use data to run and protect the website, deal with reports, improve the guides and measure paid-link referrals. We may also need records for accounting or legal duties.

Our legal reasons depend on the use. Our legitimate interests include running the site, answering reports, stopping abuse and measuring referrals. This means a reasonable business purpose, balanced against your rights.

Consent, a contract or a legal duty may provide the basis in other cases. If we ask for consent, you can withdraw it. This does not undo lawful use before you withdrew it.

What happens when you send a report?

The form sends a valid website report to the operator’s email inbox. It includes the message, email address and any name or page address you supplied. The operator may reply to deal with the issue.

The form also checks for spam, repeated reports and unusual activity. It creates codes from IP addresses and email addresses to help spot repeat submissions. Your report itself still includes your email address.

The form’s short-term limits use one-hour and one-day windows. That does not mean your email report is deleted after a day. Reports can remain in the operator’s mailbox and backups until they are deleted.

Suppliers that host the site, handle email or provide security may process data needed for those services. Information may also be shared with affiliate networks and professional advisers where needed for the purposes above.

When you follow a paid link, a provider or network may receive a click reference. Its website has its own privacy terms. Here4Wills does not handle the legal documents or orders you submit there.

Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. The safeguards depend on the service and destination. Contact us if you need details about a transfer that concerns your data.

How long do we keep it?

Reports and replies may stay in the operator’s email inbox and backups until they are deleted. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for these messages.

Website logs and records for security, referrals, accounts or legal duties are separate from the form’s short-term checks. The one-hour and one-day limits above do not set the life of those other records.

You can ask what we hold about you and request deletion. Some records may need to be kept where the law allows or requires it.

What rights do you have?

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to see your personal data, correct it, delete it or limit how it is used. You may also be able to object to a use or ask for a copy in a form you can reuse.

These rights have conditions and exceptions. Email hello@here4wills.uk to make a request or raise a concern. We may need enough information to confirm whose data the request concerns.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.
