Here4Wills is created and run by LATITUDE60 LTD. We write and maintain the guides on this site.
We are an information website. We do not write or check wills, prepare legal documents or give advice about your own case. We do not handle orders placed with other services.
Most guides explain the rules for England and Wales. Each guide says where it applies. Our UK nation guide links to help for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
What can you do here?

You can read and print our guides without buying a service. Keep any private notes with your own records. You do not need to send us details about your family or money.
How do we check the information?
We use official sources for rules, fees and public services. These include GOV.UK, legislation and the relevant bodies in each UK nation. We use a provider’s own website to check what that provider says its service includes.
Source links appear near the end of our guides. A check date tells you when we checked the facts covered by that note. It does not mean that a solicitor has reviewed the page or your circumstances.
Prices, waiting times and services can change. Check the linked official page or provider before you apply or pay. Where the rules depend on your situation, ask a qualified professional.
How does the website earn money?
Some links are paid links, also called affiliate links. If you use one and later buy, LATITUDE60 LTD may earn a fee. We name the provider and explain the paid link beside the action.
The provider sets its price and terms. It also handles your order, documents and account. We do not rank the whole market or promise that a linked service is right for you.
